A note from the Committee:
Hello from all the committee!
Thank you to everyone who attended the Easter Bingo! We had a fantastic time and we are so glad so many of you won some brilliant prizes!! Thank you to Kris Owens for wrapping all the prizes for us! They looked brilliant!!
As a committee we are keen to hear what some of the parents would like to see us spend some of the funds we have raised on!
We realise that our meeting times are not always suitable for all parents to attend, so from Monday 25th April a suggestion box will be situated in Main reception for you to put some ideas to us! These will be collected on Thursday 28th April for us to have a look at before our meeting on Friday 29th April at 2.30pm!
We will be discussing at the next meeting The Summer Fair! This will take place on Saturday 2nd July – times will be confirmed as soon as possible! We will be having Traders again as well as some PTA run stalls!!

How can PTAs support emotional wellbeing at school
PTAs are always looking for new ways to get involved at school and spend their hard earned funds, so we’ve asked our members and Facebook community for their ideas and come up with 5 ways for your PTA to support the emotional needs of children at school:
1. Build a Buddy Bus Stop
2. Fit a multi-sensory room:
"Even though the room is not finished it is a great conversation starter within the school and within the local community. It has gotten all the staff very excited about the prospect of having a sensory room to use with the pupils of Bridgewater Park Primary School."
3. Start yoga classes
4. Involve parent mentors
5. Engage a Family Support Worker
