Bridgewater Park School Council 2015/16 have raised an amazing £180 for Halton Haven after organising and running a school disco.  The children worked incredibly hard to plan and advertise the event, organising the food, games, face painting and music and they were very proud to present a cheque to Eleanor Smith from Halton Haven on 20th May 2016.  Eleanor visited our school to talk with the school council and also led an assembly telling us all about the amazing work of the charity.  Halton Haven is a charity very close to the heart of Bridgewater Park School as the charity has helped many of our families over the years.

The school council are busy planning their next event!

Raising money for Halton Haven!

Bridgewater Park School Council set the school a challenge of collecting 58 pairs of old shoes to raise money for Halton Haven.  Pair by pair the shoes began to fill up a large box in the hall.  After just a couple of weeks we had smashed our target, collecting 103 pairs of shoes.  Well Done School Council and thank you so much to everyone who donated.
