Play Leaders

Play Leaders play a crucial role in fostering a positive and engaging environment for all pupils during lunchtimes. They are responsible for organising and supervising various activities that promote physical, social, and emotional development.

Play leaders encourage teamwork, creativity, and inclusivity, ensuring that all children feel valued and included. They also help manage conflicts and provide support to children, guiding them in developing essential life skills such as cooperation, problem-solving, and resilience. Overall, a play leader contributes significantly to the holistic development of students, making playtime a fun and enriching experience.
